Process

Target Group:

Students who have a minimum cumulative academic average of 70%, exhibit high intellectual aptitude, and originate from economically disadvantaged backgrounds where parents or guardians are unable to afford the cost of education in Nigeria.

Requirement:

• Applicants must be between the ages 6–15 and from low-income families.
• Applicants must be Nigerian citizens or permanent residents of Nigeria.
• Applicants must be currently enrolled full-time in an accredited primary or secondary school (public or private).
• Applicants must be in Primary 1–6 OR in Junior/Senior Secondary School (JSS1–SSS 2).
• Applicants cumulative average in the past school year must not be lower than 70%.

If candidates meet the requirements above, we proceed to the following stages

1. Numeracy and literacy tests
2. One-on-one interviews
3. Meeting the parents

Selection Process for Identifying the Best Candidates

• Minimum 70% cumulative average

• Willingness to remain in school

Document Submission

Applicants must submit:

• Academic records (last 2–3 terms)
• Birth certificate or age declaration
• Personal statement (Motivational letter)
• School recommendation letter
• Parents/Guardian consent letter.

Home Verification / Background Check

• Home visits or interviews with parents/guardians either in-person or virtual will be conducted for verification.
• In the alternative we will confirm socioeconomic status, living conditions, and level of support from the family by provision of verifiable documentation and referrals.

Interview Stage

Shortlisted students will be interviewed in person or virtually
